Kiwanis Malaysia Academy (KMA)

Empowering Educators, Leaders, and Communities to Champion Special Needs Education

Academy Overview

Established in 2019 by the Kiwanis Khir Johari Foundation (KKJF), the Kiwanis Malaysia Academy (KMA) serves as the educational, capacity-building, and thought-leadership arm of the Kiwanis Movement in Malaysia.

While KKJF provides the enduring financial foundation and grant stewardship for special needs centers nationwide, KMA delivers the intellectual infrastructure. We bring together dedicated professionals, academicians, and educationists to elevate the quality of special education, empower caregivers, and equip civic leaders across the country.

By bridging frontline educators, parents, government agencies, and community champions, KMA ensures that every child with special developmental needs is met with world-class support, research-backed pedagogy, and boundless opportunity.
