Tan Sri Khir Johari Award & Service Grant
Honoring Generosity • Celebrating Leadership • Fueling Grassroots Impact
The Legacy Behind the Accolade
Launched on April 24, 2021, the Tan Sri Khir Johari Award (TSKJ Award) stands as one of the highest honors within the Kiwanis community in Malaysia.
Named in enduring tribute to the late Tan Sri Khir Johari, founding father of Kiwanis in Malaysia and lifelong champion of special education, this prestigious accolade celebrates the selfless Kiwanians, corporate benefactors, and community partners whose financial contributions ensure that no child with special needs is left behind.
The award serves as a vital bridge between philanthropic generosity and grassroots action. Contributions recognized through the award directly sustain the endowment and grant-making operations managed by the Kiwanis Khir Johari Foundation (KKJF) and power the pedagogical training delivered by the Kiwanis Malaysia Academy (KMA).
